Our unique and modern center of technologies within the field for 2K-injektion moulding, will be available to you for developing and sampling of your series production tools and individual pilot runs as of January 2008.
Covering 2.000m
2, the development center is equipped with a 35.000kN injection moulding machine (QTI 3150) from Husky that includes two linear injection units. High-end peripheral equipment from KUKA, GWK and Motan will complete the modern injection moulding cell.
With this investment, Summerer Technologies offers you a series production platform for 2K products such as roof modules, instrument panels, door trims and all future 2K applications.
If required our specialists can accompany you from the sample development stage through tool production to pilot series production, providing their experience and specialist knowledge to you at any time.
