Exterior Mirror

The exterior Mirror is a highly integrated functional component and part of the styling of a car.

In addition to basic optical functions exterior mirrors have to fullfil more and more other requirements like:

• Integration of signal lights
• Product differentiation through styling
• Additional lighting features
• Excellent surface quality for class-A finish painting

In order to meet these requirements precise tooling technology is presumed, e.g. gas injection technology (GIT).
